Broken mail screenshot

Online banking websites like to re-implement e-mail, so they can make it secure. Unfortunately, they're not very good at it. Here is an example, Bank of America adds '=' throughout the message, sometimes in the middle of words. It is clearly wrong, and makes the message harder to read.

I looked at the source of the web page, it is quoted-printable.
